The 2022 Women’s Travel Fest in Portland, OR will be our first opportunity to gather in person in two years. This transformative event allows us to develop interpersonal connections that draw us to travel in the first place. But to do this safely, we will be enforcing the following:
Our Covid-19 Policies
1. Each attendee is required to show proof of vaccination (original, copy or digital versions are acceptable) or negative test results (within 72 hours of arrival) at registration.
2. If you don’t have one of these two documents, you won’t be permitted to join the Women’s Travel Fest until you can provide a negative test result.
As always, if you are feeling ill you should not attend the Women’s Travel Fest. If you’re already in Portland and feel ill, you should immediately get a COVID test, even if you’re vaccinated.
Masks will be required at indoor events and on transportation. Meeting rooms will be arranged with social distancing in mind. Color-coded wristbands (red, yellow, green) will be provided so that attendees can effortlessly communicate their interaction preferences.
